Mon Plat Quotidien

My typical lunch in Paris is a baguette stuffed with cheese and ham, cheese only (emmenthal preferably) or stuffed with huge servings of salmon and salad (when I've been saving for a couple of days, then I can afford the ones with salmon). But these days the baguette with cheese is just fine. Hot Chocolate is a must to accompany my food. Either from PAUL's, street vendors or small artisan boulangeries. Bread is important so I look for crowded boulangeries, you'll be able to pick them out from the ones that aren't as subtle, cruchy and goeeyyyy...

The size of Parisan sandwich is HUGE so even a thinly stuffed cheese baguette is fulfilling for my petite size mouth :)
